All paper products are printed in house using high quality laser machines
For notepads we use a 65 lb text weight paper for a nice thick and smooth writing surface
Our notecards are made with a 100 lb yardstick that is locally sourced from a small business in Hudson, Massachusetts

All items are packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery.
Notecards and envelopes are packaged in beautiful clear plastic boxes and notepads are packaged in sealed cello sleeves

Yes, for notecards my logo and business website is printed on the back of the folded cards and notepads have the logo stamped on the back of the notepad.
If you would like the logo left off you may leave a note at checkout and I would be happy to meet your request.

Before you add your item to the cart, make sure to sprinkle your personalization magic into the right fields on the item screen! I’ll copy and paste your text exactly as you type it, so give it a good double-check! And remember, if the listing says all upper or lowercase, your name will magically transform to fit that style!

Yes, we gladly accept custom design requests! If you have a specific vision in mind or want something totally unique, feel free to share your ideas with us. We love bringing your creativity to life and will work closely with you to craft a design that perfectly suits your needs. Just reach out, and we’ll get started- please note there is a design fee that may be charged depending on the complexity of your design change.

It's possible! If you see a font you like on another item, just tell us which one, and we’ll check if we can switch it for you. At this time, we don’t offer a font chart for browsing.

Sure, if you have your own design that you would like printed whether it is a notepad, cards, or vellum I would be happy to add your branding.

Typical orders ship within 3 business days because we know you can't wait till your goodies arrive!

I ship all orders with
USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

If you notice an issue with an address, please contact me right away with the correct information.
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout unless otherwise specified. It’s important to make sure the address is accurate and complete, as I’ll use it exactly as entered. I have no way to verify if it's correct, so please double-check all details during the payment process to avoid any issues.

Our delivery dates are estimates of when your item is expected to arrive. We aim to beat these times with every order, but once shipped, it's up to the carrier. The only service that guarantees delivery by a specific date is UPS Overnight. If you need this option, please email me!
Hiccups

Sometimes USPS runs into delays, marks items as delivered, or they can lose them from time to time.
Please reach out to me via email if there are issues with your package and I will help rectify the problem.

The majority of our products are custom products and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If your itmes arrive damaged due to shipping or a mistake was made please email me immediately and I will do everything to help make it right so you love your stationery!
